Thank you for your interest in supporting the Alvord Education Foundation by sponsoring our 10th Annual Spirit Run.

The Alvord Educational Foundation (AEF), a non-profit organization that supports the students in the Alvord Unified School District schools by providing scholarships to graduating seniors and classroom Enrichment Grants.

Each year we experience an increase in the number of Enrichment Grant and Scholarship Applications. Due to our limited resources, we are not able to fund the grant requests or provide scholarship funding in ways that will really benefit those students and teachers who apply. This year AEF awarded 42 scholarships to Alvord seniors totaling $66,000 and $47,000 for Enrichment Grants. Our goal for 2026 is to provide $100,000 for scholarships and $80,000 for Enrichment Grants, but we need help.

Sponsor Level Benefits:

Includes:

• 4’ x 6’ Banner with name displayed at event
• Name on 5K trophies
• Recognized as Event Sponsor at event and at Alvord School Board meeting

$1500 T-Shirt Sponsor

Includes:

• 3’ x 5’ Banner with name recognizing T-Shirts Sponsor
• Recognized at event as T-Shirt Sponsor

Event Fees Sponsor (specific event cost sponsor)

Includes:

• Name on Multi-Sponsor Banner Recognizing as specific Sponsor (Facility Use, Run Timing, etc.)

All Gold, Silver and Bronze Sponsor's names will be included on the Multi-Sponsor Banner.

The Alvord Educational Foundation operates exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, qualifying it as an exempt organization under the Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3).
